Use-case
Ampato — Conversational Travel Concierge
Ampato transforms traveller intent into confirmed, paid, and operationally-fulfilled travel experiences through conversation — being redeveloped on Qoragen's governed agentic infrastructure. Built for markets where chat is the operational backbone and trust, speed, and clarity determine conversion.
Operational Context
High-intent travellers are captured at the moment of booking or on-site discovery. Ampato auto-generates itinerary proposals, refines them through a chat layer (WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger), converts them into paid agreements, and coordinates fulfilment with fragmented local providers — designed to scale with minimal human intervention while preserving clarity and operational rigor.
The Lifecycle
Every booking moves through explicit, observable states.
Bounded autonomy by design
- A1 Autonomous — itinerary generation, refinement, and messaging.
- A2 Propose-and-Confirm — customer agreement requires explicit confirmation.
- A3 System-Gated — payments and provider settlement are system-gated, never executed by the AI.
What the system must never do
- Move money, or confirm bookings without payment.
- Modify a locked itinerary, or bypass lifecycle states.
- Invent providers, prices, or availability.
- Contact providers before customer payment, or message without consent.
Why it proves the thesis
Ampato is governed agentic operations applied to conversational commerce — bounded autonomy, explicit lifecycle invariants, idempotent events, retrieval-only facts (no hallucinated logistics), and human/system gates on every irreversible action. Reliability is engineered, not assumed.
